By creating an account, booking a court, or registering for squash events on SquashKhelo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, you must immediately refrain from accessing or utilizing our platform.

SquashKhelo provides an all-in-one software ecosystem tailored for the squash ecosystem. We empower squash academies, clubs, state associations, schools, private courts, and tournament organizers to manage squash court schedules, match draws (knockouts, monrads, round-robins), live scorekeeping, memberships, referee assignments, and federation rankings.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Player profiles, junior age categories, and squash handicap ratings must be accurate and verified.
• All administrative actions executed through club or organizer credentials remain the sole responsibility of that organization.
• SquashKhelo must be notified immediately if any unauthorized access or data compromise is detected.

• Court slots booked via SquashKhelo are subject to individual club time limits and non-marking shoe requirements.
• Cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility for squash court slots are determined solely by host facilities and their individual venue rules.
• SquashKhelo is not liable for facility maintenance closures, lighting malfunctions, or court scheduling disputes handled on-premise.

You agree strictly not to:

• Manipulate match scoring records, player seedings, or tournament results falsely.
• Interfere with platform infrastructure or bypass court booking limitations with bots.
• Distribute defamatory, harassing, or unauthorized media regarding athletes or venues.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or duplicate the SquashKhelo source code and proprietary algorithms.

Tournament directors utilizing SquashKhelo must adhere to standardized squash rules (WSF / National Federation standards where applicable). Organizers are solely responsible for seeded placement, scheduling box leagues, dispute resolution during matches, and awarding advertised prize funds.

• Club SaaS subscriptions, court fees, and tournament entries are processed via secure integrated gateways.
• Platform subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly specified by law.
• Service access or tier benefits may be temporarily suspended in the event of overdue or failed subscription billing.

Organizers, coaches, and clubs entering member lists, junior player details, or medical records agree they have obtained verified consent from players or their legal guardians. You grant SquashKhelo the necessary operational rights to calculate official ratings, display ladders, and publish public tournament draws.

All SquashKhelo trademarks, digital assets, draw generators, user interfaces, scoring systems, and documentation remain the proprietary intellectual property of SquashKhelo. Use of the service grants a limited, revocable license and does not transfer intellectual rights.

While we strive for continuous availability during active weekend tournament play and court hours, scheduled updates, emergency server patches, or network interruptions may occur. SquashKhelo offers no warranty that access will be wholly uninterrupted.

SquashKhelo connects with external SMS gateways, cloud databases, rating systems (e.g., SquashLevels), and payment providers. We are not liable for transactional interruptions or policies imposed by external third parties.

Your privacy and data rights are paramount. Our collection and storage of player statistics, contact parameters, and facility records are strictly governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy.

SquashKhelo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in unsportsmanlike match manipulation, fraud, or chargebacks.
• Violate tournament guidelines or abuse tournament staff and platform services.
• Compromise platform stability, safety, or intellectual rights.

SquashKhelo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not participate directly in athletic disputes, court conditions, player health incidents, or physical injuries sustained during squash games.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, SquashKhelo and its directors shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost match opportunities, tournament delays, or platform downtime.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SquashKhelo, its officers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions as platform capabilities expand. Revised versions will be published directly on this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes explicit acceptance of all revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the operational jurisdiction of SquashKhelo, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Jaipur, India.
